ELIN METAL WORKS FZE was established in 2013 at Al Hamra Free Zone, in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Our Managing Director, Mr. Hossein Mohammad Karimi, has been dealing with the International Market – related to raw material and accessories for transformers, since past two decades.

 

ELIN Metal Works FZE (EMW) has been established to ensure the supply of top-class radiators for transformers to the various customers all over the globe in general and the customers in the GCC in particular. The radiators are being manufactured using an automated production line, supplied by a group comprising MTM, Canada and Kirpekar, India. EMW is also equipped with shot blasting facility, a complete setup for painting as well as a facility of spray galvanizing.

 

EMW has been established after carefully and elaborately studying the current market conditions as well as the requirements & problems, being faced by the customers presently. This study has resulted into creation of an establishment that will focus on providing competitive prices as well as the quality that will exceed the stated as well as the implied needs of the customers.

 

EMW has a team of professionals, well experienced and proficient in this product line. The Management considers the human resource as the most valuable asset and believes that it is the job of the Management to ensure that the skill and the knowledge levels of this asset are continually updated with the latest developments in the market, to enable them to apply the same with the continuously changing requirements of the customers.

 

Our manufacturing unit, which is dedicated to the manufacturing of Pressed Steel Radiators for transformers, is the first of its kind in the entire region. This plant is also equipped to fabricate Frames for Transformer Cores as well as Flat-Walled / Fin-Walled Tanks for Transformers.

The proximity to the customers in GCC is give an advantage to our customers in terms of reduced delivery times, reduced cost of inventory and giving them an adequate time for R&D, to arrive at the optimum selection of radiators. This is bound to save enormous costs, particularly in case of an order for large quantities of transformers, of identical type. The profile of radiators produced in our premises is unique and we expect it to give an advantage to our customers, due to the increased efficiency of heat dissipation.
